Hot Red Sea

The situation in the Red Sea remains extremely tense. Just yesterday, news broke that some helicopters from the US Navy targeted and destroyed three Houthi boats that were attacking a Maersk cargo ship transiting the area.

This morning, we tracked a Beech 350ER (reg. N31XX – c/s YODA25) belonging to CAE Aviation, which was heading north, presumably to carry out a surveillance mission in the area. CAE Aviation is an aviation company based in Luxembourg that offers services including aerial surveillance, reconnaissance, parachuting, and maintenance to various international governmental agencies and private operators.
