Greek eye on Libya

An Hellenic Air Force Embraer ERJ-145H Erieye AEW&C (374) is back to Eleusis AB, near Athens, after a mission made over central Mediterranean Sea.

We have not the full tracks of the flight but we can suppose that the mission was made east of Malta off Libya coast.

Probably it was a Frontex mission (Frontex is the European Border and Coast Guard Agency) for the Operation Themis that supports Italy with border control, surveillance and search and rescue in the Central Mediterranean.
