Greek surveillance mission off Libya

An Hellenic Air Force Embraer E-145 AEW&C (374) left Eleusis AB, near Athens, to make a surveillance mission over central Mediterranean Sea off eastern Libya.

We don’t know the nature of the surveillance mission but probably to combat oil smuggling to Libya.

In this image you can see the real time situation of tankers (in red) sailing in central Mediterranean Sea.
