An Antonov An-124 (reg. UR-82029) belonging to the Ukrainian company Antonov Airlines operated a flight this morning between the French air base of Istres and the airport of Costanta, in Romania.
France is currently deploying 500 soldiers to Romania to reinforce NATO’s security arrangements in the country.
