Japan dispatched an Air Self-Defense Force Kawasaki C-2 (reg. 08-1212) transport aircraft to Poland this night, to provide bulletproof vests and other equipment to Ukraine. The equipment included bulletproof vests, helmets and cold-weather clothing.
The aircraft made three stops before landing at Rzeszow Airport, Poland: Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai and Izmir. The aircraft is now on its way back.

A similar mission was carried out last week by a JASDF Boeing KC-767J (reg. 07-3704), which also landed in Rzeszow after a stopover in the USA.
