As yesterday, an RAF Boeing RC-135W (reg. ZZ665) operated a mission over the Black Sea. Today, as yesterday, the aircraft focused on the eastern part.
Yesterday the western part was the area of operation of a USAF Global Hawk.
Today a NATO Northrop Grumman RQ-4D is operating over the Black Sea but with the ADS-B transponder switched off. It is plausible to think that the NATO drone is operating in the same area as the Global Hawk did yesterday.
