What’s happening in Libya?

We don’t know what is happening in Libya these days but there is definitely inusual activity in the area.

In the past few days, at least three USAF Boeing C-17As have landed in Benghazi while a USArmy CL.60 ARTEMIS carried out a long surveillance mission off eastern Libya.

New chapter today, with a NATO Northrop Grumman RQ-4D (reg. MM-AV-SA0015) which took off from Sigonella AB at around 13:00 heading south towards Libya (turning off the ADS-B transponder after about half an hour). The drone reappeared after about 5 hours and headed towards the Black Sea where it will carry out a surveillance mission tonight.
