New Libyan mission for NATO “Phoenix”

Six days after its last Libyan mission (here you can find the post about) this morning at 07:58 CET a NATO Northrop Grumman RQ-4D “Phoenix” (reg. MM-AV-SA0016 – callsign MAGMAx) left Sigonella AB southbound.

The drone was trackable until it entered into Tripoli FIR, after some minutes the ADS-B signal was missed (probably the transponder was switched off).

The last week the mission was made flying near Libyan airspace off central and eastern Libya.
